Phew. Lost all my gain and am exactly same as last week. Probably need to do same this week as hubby's birthday today and we are going to Frankie and Bennys hehe Well done for losing the gain... enjoy your day x

Sorry I'm late to the party! lol. Got back from Tenerife last night...home scales showing a 3lbs gain. Calling that minimal for two weeks self catering and eating out of course. Anyway...back on plan today!!
Nanny Doreen - target 4.1/2 by 10th Feb - 2lb lost 2.1/2 to go. FRIDAY.
Twinkle Toes - 5lbs - 0lbs lost - 5lbs to go FRIDAY
Cat - Target 5lbs (0lb lost - 5lb to lose) SATURDAY
Chardonnay - Target - To stay within my SW Target Range - THURSDAY
CurveAppeal - Target 12lbs (-1.5lbs lost - 13.5lbs to go) Friday
Susie58 - 12lbs - 0lbs lost - 12lbs to go FRIDAY
Carrie -7lbs - 0lbs lost - 7lbs to go SATURDAY
Upndown - target - to stay within my SW target range - 9st 11.5 - 10st 3.5
DarkChocolate - target - stay within my SW target range - 10.5 - 10.11 - Friday

I had a maintain on sat which I'm gutted about as I'd only had last sat night off plan and chose wisely. Oh well. This weekend has been a complete blow out, damage limitation rest of week and I'll take the gain xxx

Carrie...sorry you're disappointed but I think a maintain is always better than a gain! I know it's hard when 'life' gets in the way of our efforts but we have to live too.

I had a 2lb gain on Friday & that's without any battered sausage & chips lol.

Mmmm chips!
I managed a perfect diet day yesterday...woop!
Was naughty and stepped on scales this morning and instead of a 0.2lb gain from Saturday's weight I was showing a loss...hopefully I can maintain that or grow it for this week
