This counting calories while doing SW is showing me how much over I am eating. The last book I looked at said 1300 for me.

I put on 2lb over the weekend overindulging...eeek!
Hope I can shift to at least start month with a standstill.
I calorie count alongside Juice Plus. MyFitnessPal is great for keeping track, I used to use it when I did Slimming World a while back as well. I need the strictness and ease of only having to plan one meal at moment though to try and keep on track - as weekend naughtiness proved!

Course we can, whole new month to do it in now Snuck a peek at the scales this morning and was only 0.8lb heavier now instead of 2lb so it's working and should at least get a standstill to start with. Been a good week so far, although out for lunch at the pub with the girls from work today so will have to do a shake for dinner to counteract.

Lunch turned into 2.5hr lunch break and 3 double vodka and cokes followed by a single...oops!
Praying all the weeing (I do a lot when I have had a drink) plus water will flush the worst out. Doing a good impression of someone who hasn't had a drink in the office now as thankfully it doesn't affect me too badly...phew!
The Manager we went out with is a bad influence! hehe

I am pleased to say I lost 2lbs. Had a couple of not so good days but I think counting the cals too while doing SW seems to be working better.

Curve - flipping totm messes our diets & heads grrrrrrr..... but at least the fluid will have boogered off by next week! Well done Doreen - another good loss and you're doing well to work out the cals alongside SW rules - but worth it for your fab trip
