I can set my target now I've been to first Jan WI - I'm now aiming to stay within my target range - which is 9:11.5 to 10:3.5 - I maintained this week - happy with that so soon after the hols - good luck to everyone!

Upndown - target - to stay within target range - in target - TUESDAY
Curveappeal - Target 15lbs (0.75lbs Lost, 14.25lbs to go) FRIDAY

Thank you girls - but Janet unfortunately as I had a tummy bug we weren't able to have our weekend away (going this weekend now) but the bug helped me to maintain I'm sure!

I weighed at group and had a STS. Really happy with that as I'm away in Tenerife next Friday and in effect will miss 3 Fridays at group. So still well in target range. Mine is 10.5 - 10.11. I weighed 10.9.

I've had a really poorly week, meals on plan but eating choc... Not a lot but enough to make me think GAIN along with my first week back as a fitness instructor means my muscles are heavy and totm... It could be really nasty but hey ho. At least it's all 3 things in one week so I can move forward rather than 3 weeks of something each week. Doing fab ladies xxx
