Has your week gone well Janet? x Food wise Linda I'm fine, thankfully the steroids don't affect my appetite. I've just got over a nasty chest infection with 2 courses of antibiotics etc. I've had a check up with my respiratory consultant and GP and thankfully they are helping me all they can. I get out walking most days but it's very damp at the moment. Thanks for asking.

I'm glad you're receiving good support from the medics Janet - yes this damp weather's not good for the chest is it? Take care of yourself and hopefully we can look fwd to the longer, brighter days now!

Same here Doreen, I am hoping and trying my best for a good loss next week. Yesterday I was so hungry though, I had a lot of fruit and a small chicken dinner. I walked and exercised though. Sometimes it's such an uphill battle that I feel I will never finish!

Ah Carrie - no-one's going to see that as a let down - as Curve and Janet have said - it's a tiny gain - enjoy your night out and get back on plan when you can!
