Thats what happens when the first time ya eat carbs all week its the night before weigh in hahaha...
Nanny Doreen. Target 4lbs. + 2.1/2 - 2.1/2 to still to lose 4lb FRIDAY.
Chardonnay - Target 2lbs - Lost 2.5lbs - Still to lose 0lbs - THURSDAY
Darkchocolate - Target 1.5lbs - gained 1/2lb - still to lose 2lbs - FRIDAY (this isn't going to happen!!lol)
Carrie - target 5lbs - lost 4.5lbs gained 2lbs - still to lose 2.5lbs -
upndown - target 1.5lbs - lost 0lbs - still to lose 1.5lbs - TUESDAY
CurveAppeal -Target (10.5lbs) - Lost 7lbs - Still to lose (3.5lbs) Saturday

Yes but you're still showing a 7lb loss the week before Xmas - so hope you're celebrating and you have a week to go! xx

I lost 3.5lbs this week after 5 days on the Atkins diet - felt I had to do something different cos of my poor losses lately - so back in target range now and 2lbs to my actual target - very pleased - know it's going to be a struggle over the Xmas hols but I'll do my best. I've enjoyed the change in diet but not sure if I can stick on Atkins long term?? Good luck to you all this week - hope Carrie loses the 'bloat' weight this week!

Still another week to go ladies. I reckon I will get a small gain this week when I get home tomorrow. Then one more week for Dec then the new year. xx
I will set up for January and I hope you will all join in again.
New Zealand on the 12th Feb until 12th March. Before I go I will set up March too.
I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year/ xx
