It was a 2lb loss for me this week, making me spot on my actual Target Weight!
Oh, and for the first time since I joined these Challenges, I have reached my monthly Challenge Target, as I won't be weighing in again this month.

Yes a maintain is loads better than a gain but v disappointing cos from memory you've had a good week - keep on going and pls don't copy my naughty WI habits! xx

Well done for the maintain Doreen.
I weighed and gained 1/2lb. That takes me bang on target so not complaining at all. I've been on antibiotics for a chest infection since last Saturday and looks like I'll need another course too. Better news is I'm down to 20mg prednisolone now.
