Hmm, having signed up for this without being able to see the video at work, now I can see the video I'm slightly regretting my impetuousness.... Nevertheless, here's a photo of said arms (& back of course, which by necessity joins them together :-)) Measurement: 10.5" each at widest part when tensed, but I'd expect it to increase not decrease, I guess? The weights I have are 3kg, but if I can't do it all with those, then it'll be the 1kg wrist weights. Game on! oh my goodness I have to say.... what an incredibly beautiful back Save

Evening peeps. Well it's now officially the 1st September and I'll be off to bed soon. But first thing when I get up, well after a few cups of tea, my tape measure, camera and water weights will be out and I'm going to do something about my flabby arms! Sleep tight peeps

I'm not a blonde - it's all Highlights! I'm naturally very very dark haired, but started going for Highlights years ago when Grey streaks began to punctuate the dark! Now I have so many Highlights I look blonde... I still think of myself as dark haired though!

So, been to the gym & Day 1 done. Roped OH in too . We amended our usual Routine to incorporate the Video (well and the exercises too - we didn't just stand & watch, naturally....)
Turns out the wrist weights are 1.5kg, so I used those. It's not as easy as it Looks, but was a pretty enjoyable 10 minutes. Good luck everyone else

I'm in also Bev! I've not really got flabby bits badly but I need to tone up my arms. Even though I do my barbell everyday I need to concentrate more on the bingo wings. I was just thinking this yesterday so this is perfect timing. I'll report back later I'll be doing mine with 2.5kg weights.

Measured : both 13" which is bigger than when I last measured them. Lets see if I can do something about them So here are mine in all their glory! No tensed muscles - just wings. But here they are with a bit of tension

Day 1 done. That was hard work in places - particularly the lunges on onto my left leg as it hurt my bad knee. So I had to swap at that point and just did more lunging onto my right knee. Here's hoping id does some good!
