Put on half lb this wk. DD made a chocolate fudge cake and I had a slice 3 days in a row... Then found out she'd used a half a bottle of rapeseed oil in it as well as icing and fudge icing so I reckon I got off lightly Won't touch it again lol

I've not even budged on my self imposed challenges, so much for my when September ends challenge. Lost nothing really, just fluctuated and in the end it adds up to nothing. I'm going on a low calories soup diet and trying a new walking challenge. Not to worry too much about your gain Doreen - we have all been there, believe me I certainly have, you have the right attitude drawing a line and getting back onto it. I will join the October challenge and try my best - all we can ask really isn't it
