I just did an 11km walk pushing a four stone child... Me Erse is in bits... 80 tomorrow is gonna feel like a thousand ha

I've noticed I can hear my right knee clicking whnen I'm doing the squats - this is not good! If it's worrying you, lie on the floor on your back, feet on the floor (like a sit up) knees shoulder width apart. Lift your bottom an inch off the floor.. Clench your Erse cheeks tightly and lift your bottom up. Do your "squats" like that.. If you need a more intense version hold weights at your hips or do a sixty second pulse at the top of the squat at the end xx I just did them with loud music so I couldn't hear the click lol. I may do them that way tomorrow though! X

Yup. I brought the old bandy stroller for when he got tired... Lazy sod got in it instantly.. My Erse was burning from pushing... #bubble-butt haha
