My update (net 2lbs lost after 2on last week, 4 off today). Need to see where I am with my budget was defo a bit spend happy last week - need to reign that in. And I'm going to have to dig deep to weigh in the week after Easter - maybe that will keep me on track :-)

Finally had an official weigh-in with a loss! Averaging 1.8lbs a week so room for that to slow down and still hit my 1lb average over the course of the challenge hopefully.

I stayed strong and completed a weigh in - was a big challenge for me after 2 binges and 3 days off plan. God - have 12lbs still to lose although at least it's not gone up!! Haha. Really reigned in my budget this week so hopefully I'll get close on that. Need to get on the case with some 5k runs to try and do something with that time!
