So, as discussed on my diary, it's 99 days til June 1st. It's just over 14 weeks...plenty of time to drop a stone or two or do another type of challenge...
My challenge, as I'm struggling to stick to any particular diet, is to weigh in daily and post it on my diary, to keep me accountable.
There have been loads of other suggestions - just over 10000 steps a day makes a total of a million steps, you could pledge to do workouts, mileage, weight lost, anything that keeps you motivated.
Here's mine:
Dietninja Target 100 weigh ins...complete 2/100

Mine is going to be doing minimum 20 sit ups and press ups and a 20 minute brisk walk (or jog if I manage it) every day and I will increase the number and add in other exercises as I get used to it.
