Will have to do 2 workouts one day to catch up! I did 20 secs plank, 20 sit ups and 20 half press ups, plus 20 min walk.

As my toilet is d/stairs don`t usually go up often except to bed. Not much so thought I would add the walk on two hence 1+1 as have done both today.

I did a smaller "workout" yesterday (20 sec plank, 10 press ups and 20 min walk) but I am going to include it so I can stick with the challenge.

*finally* decided what challenge to set myself! I'm going for lose an average of 1lb a week. This is to help me learn to focus on overall progress rather than one weight measurement and am hoping it will motivate me enough to get me moving down again. Not especially exciting but should help me....
