First day of Cher step done. Had to have 3 breaks but I got to the end. Got a bit of catching up to do fitness wise. Think I will work up to doing it 3 x a week though cos I was exhausted afterwards x

Today I walked exactly a mile
Time taken 21min 37sec. No of steps 2,601 Cals burnt 126.
Now I have a step counter, even if my phone won`t pick up the GPS I will now know the no of steps I have done.
Daily I hope.

Well done Nanny D. I did the Cher Step dvd for the 2nd time. Once a week will be enough to begin with I think x
