So 2 down, 2 to go ..... it had better work I can hardly move

Ok I've surrendered the weights workouts for the time being...work is just too intense at the moment. So I'm aiming for: 20 HIIT or run sessions (5 per week for Jan) - means I can shorten workouts to 20 mins if needed and much simpler to stick to First done this morning so 1/20

I know what you mean Dietninja, I have a large collection of fitness DVDs. Always start with good intentions....
I like her new DVD, because it has a five week plan with it to follow, that mixes up the routines (box fit, HIIT, Fat Stripper, abs, legs) as you go along so hoping I won't get bored. - Each section is 7 mins (with option of 3 min extra booster) and you do 2/3 sections per workout plus warmup and sometimes stretch depeninding how much cardio you have done. I am really unfit so finishing it tough, walked to local supermarket this afternoon after doing the workout this morning, nearly killed me!!
Impressed with your running target Ninja :-)

I'm still alive! I'm doing 5 per week (HIIT or run).
On Mon I did 30 min HIIT and on Tues I did a 30 min upper body workout and a 5km run.
Today was a rest day.
So 2/5 for this week, so far so good.
I plan to do a spin bike HIIT tomorrow morning.

I like HIIT so I may treat myself if I meet my Jan target. I do a lot of YouTube videos. Faves at the moment are HIIT workouts by bodycoach and fitness blender. Muscle ache is good...

I started going to Zumba Gold this morning. Not to fast but fast enough. I quite enjoyed it and may go again next week. I am still walking everyday. Pleased to say it is getting easier but I find it a bit boring now but will keep it up
