Yeah of course!!
This is just 2 sachets gelatine, 1/4 pint water, 1 options sachet (but I think it needs two) and 3 heaped tbsp of yogurt - I used a whole pot of ww toffee. Mixed it up and put it in the fridge to set. I think smaller jellies would be nicer rather than an egg. It's too big so it makes the consistency weird

Tried roasting my own beetroot on Sunday. Very nice it was too!!! Would maybe get them pre cooked and roast them next time as it's quite a messy job peeling them!!

Jamie Oliver Happy Cow Burgers.
1 big bunch coriander 1 x 400g tin of mixed beans 200g frozen broad beans 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander 1 lemon 1 heaped tblsp plain flour (or use gluten free flour/buckwheat flour) olive oil (or rapeseed oil)
Put the coriander stalks in your food processor (reserving the leaves), then drain the mixed beans and add, along with the broad beans, a pinch of salt & pepper, the cayenne, cumin, coriander, grated lemon zest and flour. Whiz until fine & combined, scraping down the sides of the processor if needed. Tip the mixture onto a generously flour-dusted board, divide into 4 pieces, then roll each piece into a ball and flatten into a patty about 2.5cm thick, dusting your hands and the burgers with flour as you go.
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive or rapeseed oil into the frying pan, followed by the burgers, pressing them down with a fish slice & flipping them when golden.
Frylight for us.
I keep forgetting to get the frozen broad beans. They looked lovely on the TV.

Thanks Doreen that looks like just what I'm looking for! I have not made them myself Laura but did buy some frozen broad beans today and already have a tin of mixed beans so maybe tomorrow. Let me know if you try them. By the way Jamie made a point of saying drain the tin of mixed beans. Just spotted Sweet Potato and corguette burgers on Kathys thread page 13. May be of some use to you.

Oops forgot about this thread! I've actually tried a few things. Used a food processor and made some falafel type bites which were syn free. (They were supposed to be burgers but evolved hehe) Made beetroot and carrot soup and mushroom soup - both syn free. Going to try minted pea soup at some point this week. X

Sweet potato chips are nice. Sprinkle them with some paprika and put them in the oven for 40 minutes. They are my alternative to potatoes.
