Gained 1.5 this week. Not impressed as I've been on plan but think I'm going through a plateau. I can't reply near Pesty's 'box' so doing it here - it's sooo frustrating when that happens - you're doing well to keep going - good luck with SP - I find that really tough! When I have a gain or sts - I try to write all food down, weigh HEXs and syns where we need too - but you're probably doing that already! Good luck for next week xx
Battery was dead in my scales this morning. ...could weigh at work but that means with jeans on so wouldn't be accurate. ...will do it tomorrow morning instead x What a pain! xx

Never mind Doreen - you did well to go to class knowing you'd have a gain - so easy to stay at home on those weeks! Focus on how far you've come - the you've lost 43 pounds - a real achievement! Plus you've upped your exercise lately so that will pay dividends too! xx

It's shakes for breakfast and lunch, healthy snacks morning and afternoon such as meat, halloumi, hummous, fruit, nakd bars etc and then a clean evening meal such as fresh steak, sweet potato fries and veg, or salmon, stir fry with olive oil etc. Basically anything unprocessed and fresh cooked however you like.
A friend on my facebook had great success with it and is now a distributor so got it through her to give it a go. Strictness is clearly what I needed.
Eventually I will switch down to 1 shake a day and two clean meals (which is meant to help towards being able to maintain and then can either carry on like that for ease (which I may as no time to make anything for brekkie normally or just completely clean eating.

Well she had a great reply for everyone losing half a pound - she'd say it's better than an sts and miles better than a gain. She also likened a half pound to a block of lard and ask who wdn't like to lose one of those in the least fave part of their body - she's right isn't she - hee hee! Good luck for next week! xx
