Thank you for doing this. I have fallen off the wagon over the weekend and have no intention of getting back on it. I am going to switch to Exante for the New Year as I need something cheaper. On the plus side Alevere really showed me what will work for me, and what won't. So it wasn't a waste at all.

This is what I just posted on the diary section cos this is how I'm feeling at the moment:
part of me is thinking of rejoining Slimming World, as real food and lots of groups locally. however this will be my third try at SW (after failure of Cambridge, 5:2, jucing, Weight Watchers etc etc)
the other part of me is saying "don't be stupid, total waste of money and you will fail again like you have done in the past" I really want to join you but I'm just think I'm going to fail

You've got nothing to lose if you join but weight! If you do lose - fantastic, if not - we're here to support you. If you're unsure just pledge 1 or 2lb for the month, not too much pressure and a huge boost when you beat it! 1lb off is better than 1lb on even if it takes a month!

I know exactly how you feel - and so will the others - no judgements here - so you've come to the right place!! I wish you well on your challenge. You'll see we post our 'good' and 'not so good' weeks - and come on during the week if we need support.
I reckon your dieting attempts will be similar to many of us - so we understand - you'll realise my style of dieting by my username! I first joined a slimming club over 40 years ago - then tried many others - I then found Slimming World 17 years ago - but altho' it really suits me - I've joined then failed and rejoined more times than I can remember - you'll see my dieting history below.
Recently though I've lost over a stone and a half in 14 weeks - not an award winning pace I know - but sure and steady - a huge part of that was only possible with the support here. I'm not saying I've cracked it - cos today I've had a food fest but planning to be on plan 2moro (no promises tho'!)
I refuse to call you by your username cos I don't think that's kind to you and I really hope you change it tbh - I'm sorry if I'm 'speaking' out of turn! xx
