Haha messed up the list, sorry don't know what I did.x .....mmm.... separately yourself from the lightweights lol?? xx Haha, I need 8lb off by the 21st of Nov because 3 weeks ago my hubby said if get to my 2st award by that date he would take me out on a 90's night I want to go to that weekend and will book a lodge with a hot tub for our 10th wedding anniversary next July, so I need 8lbs off in 3 week now because I've been a bit rubbish the last few weeks, so im on catch up. I think if im good and he can see that, of I am just short he will still book it, its his way of trying to help me. Xx

No seriously because I am pleased with October I want to be pleased with November so buying less and aiming for 1/2lb a week so I am not disappointed. Linda will not buy anymore chocolate - nor will Phil, just maybe one Freddo at a time. Doreen not to buy cheese and do as many SP days as sugars permit. That us all I could think of off the top of my head. lol

You're making me think now Doreen (yes I do that sometimes ) maybe I shd be making more of an effort in the run up to Christmas - I'm away for 2 nights in November and I want to enjoy that - but I could do more every other day to make up for that couldn't I? No problem with my sugars as long as I have lunch early if I go out before breakfast like today. I really think that as I usually have bns & carrots etc. that helps to counteract the potato rice etc I do keep more of an eye on the sugars when doing SP. I think it affects diabetics who take insulin more than those of us on tablets. SW have to protect themselves and our C -if you ask - will always say don`t do SP even if only on tablets. But they have to say that. Does it hurt when you think Linda. You could make a big effort before you go away. But don1t cut back too much in case you feel you are missing out. Even if you put on after being away, if you are sort of a bit careful the damage should not be too bad.
