Now I am really pissed off. Gained 2 weeks running. 1/2 last week 1.1/2 this week. Maybe not enough exercise but have took eating plan for the last two weeks for C to look at.

Argh - last week I didn't lose 3.6lb. I only lost 2.4lb. Bad maths leads to false weight loss claim shocker!

Bodies are funny things - my weight fluctuates terribly and sometimes I can figure out what has caused a gain, other times I have literally no idea. It always comes off eventually if we keep plugging away at it. |

Well...failed that big time.
I had a miracle gain this weekend. After 5 naughty café lunches, Domino's, 2 choc santas and 3 krispy kremes I gained a massive...0.2lb lol
I swear dieting will be so much easier from 2nd Jan!
