Hi Newlife, like the name by the way I had another look on mfp, some of the items I had selected weren't verified so only included basic info, I'm reassured I'm getting my rda of everything! Best of luck with getting started. I've succumbed to a cup of tea, what a rock and roll life we lead ?

Yes, it depends on who has entered the data into MFP, they may not have entered all the vits and mins. I'm confident that you will be getting the required vits and mins though, the nutrition info is all on the packs so you can always check from there. Hope you're having a good day

Continuing to stick to plan, but at the moment I'm struggling with not having lost anything for the last 8 days. It's the rapid losses that helps keep you motivated and I'm finding it hard going atmo

Hey Cheryl, try not to be too demotivated by the scale, I'm pretty stuck to my scale so I know the power it can have over some of us. Sometimes in the past I've found that my clothes fit better, or are noticeably looser, despite the number on the scale not budging, so the scale is not always the most accurate measure of weight loss. Maybe you could try taking other measurements and seeing the changes in those from week to week, along with weigh in to keep you motivated. Hang in there

I wouldn't worry about one cup of tea. I often have one a day on TS so I'm kinda doing TS+ and it does help me get through.

Hi Paesh
I have to admit I drink tea with skimmed milk all the time, if I'm going to do this long term it's the one concession I allow myself!
Newlife, I didn't take my start measurements as I simply didn't want to know! Some of my clothes do feel a little more comfortable but don't know if that is within the last 9 days or just since I started just over 3 was ago.
I'm still on plan and now 9 days without the scales moving, got to move soon surely!

It's good to hear that you're sticking with it In the past I've sometimes experienced the scales not shifting for a long time and then all of a sudden seemingly out of the blue the scales inform me that I've lost a decent amount of weight, I'm not sure what's behind that, but a similar thing may be happening to you. Also, if you've been doing exercise they may effect the amount of water in your body, as muscle I think holds more water than fat.

2lb! Well done! Hopefully it represents the breaking of a weight loss dam and it won't be such a wait for the next 2lb. Fingers crossed x

Thanks everyone. I knew it couldn't go on much longer, you can't have @800 calories a day and not lose weight I'm just not a patient person!
Hi Meme, I've just been reading your diary, I love your enthusiasm and I'm going to pinch your 'it's not never, just not today' that would work to get you through so many temptations. You are doing so well! I need to make more of an effort with my water!

So the 2lb loss on Monday is all I had to record on weigh in day yesterday. I am going to find out my tape measure as I know I am loosing inches, NSV yesterday , I managed to zip my boots up with jeans on, not so long ago I couldn't zip them up on my bare legs! So somethings moving! I find Saturday's quite hard, I will be on my own in the house all afternoon and although I will be working I will have to battle with my wandering mind!

Ate slightly more over the w/e in addition to the 3 packs and showed a lb down this morning, hope I have a little more to record by Friday.
