Hello, I am new and I have had lots of exante sitting in the cupboard for a couple of months. Have decided to go for it. I'm an evening grazer so in keeping with the diet I will be going to bed early! I need to loose 3 stone. Kidding myself it's 2 but I'd look better with 3 off. This is me being honest and finally getting on a board and not lurking! Thank you.

Hi Stella and welcome. Good l;uck getting started! If you're an evening eater (I am) wait for as long as you can before you have your first pack. I have my first most days about 4pm, then another at 6, giving me another one to have about 9ish in front of the TV. Push through those first few days, it is so much easier after that but they can be tough. Lots and lots and lots of water and as you say, early nights as required! Let us know how you're getting on.

Hi Kitty and thanks for the tips. Today wasn't good as I forgot till lunchtime! I have laid out my choices for tomorrow so will go for it. Did have one for lunch and a small meal for dinner.
