Good Morning everybody As it is nearly the weekend no doubt some of you will be thinking how do I stay focused on plan when historically a lot of my socialising revolved around food and drink. Well with some forward planning it is still possible to enjoy the weekend and stay 100% on plan with Slim & Save. Firstly if you miss having that cheeky glass of wine why not have some white wine water flavouring www.sns.co.uk/150g-tub-white-wine-water-flavouring.html in a wine glass with some sparkling water or some still water whichever you prefer or you could have some Ribena plus cordial if that is more to your taste. Regarding food there are plenty of great recipe ideas on the website recipes.slimandsave.co.uk. So if pizza is your thing you could do a porridge pack pizza base and make up a red pepper sauce with the toppings of your choice or if fish and chips is your thing have the fish coated in oatmeal and bake and do swede chips with some crushed petit pois or if you like greek make a meze using some mince and some chicken which you can find on the recipes section. It can be so easy to follow the plan on a weekend with a little imagination this is still possible. Good luck x
