Good luck. I believe the first few days can be a little rough, although mine were fine. What's blend active?

Ohh, that looks interesting. I'm not organised enough to have ice to hand when I want a shake and I don't like very cold stuff either so I'm happy with just a shake tubby or a stick blender if I want to get posh, but I can see that would be a fantastic little gadget for people who are more organised than me and are cool beans :-)
Had your first pack yet?

Good afternoon Sweatandtears How is your first day going so far!? I hope you're drinking plenty of water. Do you know if you enter your details into the Weight Tracker you can find out your exact water quota. Here's the link to that for you - www.sns.co.uk/weight_tracker.phpSorry to hear you didn't enjoy the Mint Chocolate Shake too much. Be aware that your taste buds can change whilst on plan so pack's you might not enjoy at first, you might grow to like and vice versa. You could try making the shake into Mousse or Ice Cream if you get our Mousse Mix - www.sns.co.uk/100g-tub-slim-save-mousse.html Or you could try making it into a pancake or waffle if you add an egg or egg white (on Lifestyle days only). Or you could try having the shake hot if you make it up with cold water then transfer it to a mug and pop it into the microwave. Perhaps you could give some of them a go and let us know how you get on with them Whiskey is right, the first few days can be a little tricky but if you keep positive and focused then the days will pass by and you will be into ketosis before you know it! So keep strong and let us know how you are getting on x

Thank you Sarah. I've just checked how much water I need so thank you letting me know that existed. I'm sure I use to like the mint chocolate so I'm hoping my taste buds will change. Xx

I don't like anything mint choc so I gave my mint choc shake to my hubby who isn't dieting or trying to lose weight. He loved it. I told him to buy his own if he wanted more - lol

Do you know that you could try swapping your Mint Chocolate packs with other customers in our Swap Shop and this can be found on our Forum Page. Here is the link to help you navigate www.slimandsave.co.uk/forums/forum/slim-save-swap-shop/slim-save-swap-shop-aaIt is quite active at the moment and you might do well on there, so I would go and pay it a visit. It is great to hear that you are using a blender to make your shakes up with, it turn's the shake more into a smoothie and another good idea if you have never tried it before is to warm the shake's up in the microwave, it's perfect for these cooler nights now. I have heard reports that the "Smoothie2go" make's really nice shakes too, take a look www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/4238603.htmSo how did you both get on over the weekend, I hope you managed well as most people tend to say that it's the hardest time of the week. x

The weekend was good thank you, unfortunately yesterday was a challenge as my friend had planned a surprise day out for me which included an afternoon tea. At the time she booked it I wasn't on this diet! Back on track today though xx

Hi sweatandtears, glad you had a lovely weekend and have you confided in your friend regarding what you are currently doing and are they providing any support as it is very important to have a good support network or as I call it a cheering section for you during this time. Are you making full use of the meal planner www.sns.co.uk/meal_planner.php and are you being random in what you have on a day to day basis or planning it in advance and bundling together what packs you will be having? Heres to a great and confident restart x
