OK I have failed ? ate a ham sandwich yesterday as I was so hungry so only had 1 pack to make up for it and also hoping playing hockey last night helped a bit. I've decided it is too strict for me and I am going to low carb using the bars and shakes to help me. Well done to all of you who have stuck this, you're braver than I am. Start 251 Day 1 249 (2 bars & 1 shake) Day 2 247 (1 bar & ham sandwich) Day 3

If you're going to low carb you need to lay off the ham sandwiches lol. Look on the Exante site, they have various plans, you might find one to suit. You have to do what is right for you, good luck!
