Right, Danders, no more effing about, what's the plan??

Right, the plan for me is this. I am definitely not in the right frame of mind to do exante 3 products per day. I end up doing so well, then fall off the wagon so spectacularly. So I'm guessing Exante isn't sustainable for me long term. My plan is to go back to my old faithful vintage points WW plan, which calculates on calories and sat fat. That has been really successful for me in the past. However, I have boxes of Exante products, so I will incorporate them into my day by pointing them. I also want to choose proteins over carbs, but I'm not consciously going to exclude carbs or go low-carb or anything like that. Just make better choices.
That is my plan for now.
And I'm not getting on those scales until I'm good and ready!
(Would love to stay on the Exante board though, but won't post any food details)

Doesn't matter what your plan is as long as you have one and that sounds like an excellent one to me. Good luck, stay strong and keep posting!

Thanks Kittybling. I might end up doing a booster week on Exante at some point, but given the amount of food I've troughed-through, I couldn't imagine going straight onto 3 products a day. So this is a happy medium for the moment.
Day 2 on track

Inspired by Kittybling and Lilacpenguin I got on the scales today. I don't think I've stood on them since November but it was time for the denial to stop. I'm delighted to report that I'm still in the 11s. I'm commencing 2016 still in the 11s. I'm thrilled. I thought I'd have gone into the 12s considering how much I'd been eating.
So in the interests of full disclosure I am 11st 12lbs today. The heaviest I will be in 2016.

Yay glad you are still in the 11s. I was 9st 12 and we are both trying to lose 26lbs to reach our goal!
Although I might stay a little higher than my original goal of 8st, once I get closer I will decide how I look.

I am looking forward to getting into my currently unworn wardrobe of all those sizes I've bought in the size below as I haven't wanted to overbuy in my current size. That's when complacency sets in!

Still on track here and really happy with my choice. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself too much or that I'm on a diet as such. The only downside is having to prepare the food. Exante is just so convenient in that respect!

That's great and you can always use an Exante meal or a WW ready meal if you need something easy.
My mum had a lot of success on WW and she used a lot of the ready meals as she is very busy at work and felt too tired to cook when she got home. I think one reason she had some problems and regained weight was that she felt bad about using ready meals and kept trying to cook things from scratch, but it wasn't easy for her and put her off.

It's going really well thanks. I'm pointing food per an old WW plan which I have always loved but also having exante products (calculating the points of which of course) but then there's leftover points for snacks, etc.
