Does sticking to Exante principles count as 100% ? Premenstrual, so have grabbed an extra half exante bar, plus 4 chicken nuggets. I am still calling it 100% due to mitigating circumstances!!! Will desperately try for 100% tomorrow.

I'm a bit 99% myself today, a slice of cheese was had or maybe 2 but that's fine, life gets in the way, 100% tomorrow!

Yes we are!! Having said that I am not going to slide back in to the habit of eating bits of cheese and ham so with that in mind today I will be 100%.

I'm doing okay but am conscious that I've already had 2 bars. Stupid hormones. I'm determined to get through this day even if it's a '100% day' on 4 packets. I've nothing else in that is pure protein - oh, actually I've just thought, I could boil 2 eggs instead of a pack if need be.

It's okay. I'm not managing 100% as in exclusively exante products but I think I'm 100% in principle, ie sticking to protein tich snacks. For example today I've had 3 shakes plus 4 walnuts and 2 Brazil nuts. Praying that's okay

Sounds fine to me. Calorie wise you're still really low and low carb too. Are you planning on weighing in?

I've stepped on the scales just to see what's what. I've put on a couple of pounds in November which really is great considering what I put away. I'm not changing my stats though for psychological reasons, but will do when I lose from the 11-2 point. Hope that makes sense.
