Beach holiday in 25 days. Need to lose a stone....is it possible? Going to find out!

Going to start by following the man plan:
9am pack 1 1pm pack 2 5pm lean protein & veg 8pm pack 3
Start weight: 11.13.4 Short term goal (end of July): 10.12

Good luck. Yes, it's definitely possible. I'm on day 12 and after a sneaky peak at the scales this morning I'm 10lbs down already.

Hi dietninja, I'm back too.
A stone in 25 days is achievable. Good luck this week x

I'd say so, in your first month at least. Just be prepared for a regain once you go back to normal food on holiday, you'll see a fairly sharp water weight gain.
