Hi Katrina,
I've ordered a few meals to try to be quick lunches etc. can they be used like that as I have been looking at your package deals and I just get concerned about whether I would get too hungry?
If they are good as part of calorie counting to sub meals but still eat a normal dinner I think I would fair better.
Does this sound possible ??

Are you maintaining or still looking to lose a bit more weight? We do have many members who once at goal do maintain following a 4:3 or 5:2 this would entail consuming approximately 1200-1500 calories every other day and having a day "on plan" on 4:3 or 5 days consuming 1200-1500 calories and 2 days "on plan".
Once you have reached you goal we have a Re-feed programme that will help you introduce food groups back into your diet and helping to minimise any gain.
You can then follow our Maintenance plan, which you will need to request from our site. This is what we would recommend for the best way to maintain. x

You are most probably best to stick to the plan 100% and this way will ensure you see the best results. x
