I'm doing exante. I can't handle the three meals a day so I try to have two and then one 'real food' meal that's under 200-300 cals.
Today I had a salad of watercress, cherry tomatoes, ham and egg for lunch. Was SO looking forward to it. My fiance told me he'd put it in my work bag. He hadn't. Turns out he'd actually left it sitting beside the fridge.
All day I managed to stay away from food, including when my class were happily eating crisps and ice creams at sports day (I LOVE crisps), and just drank loads of water. Kept telling myself that when I got home I'd have my salad and a pork chop (I thought the salad was still in the fridge at this point).
Got home, realised the salad needed binned so thought I'd have the chop and some button mushroom and courgettes. The courgettes had turned to brown water. Put the chop and mushrooms on to fry in frylight, nipped to the loo and to change my shoes and asked my fiance to keep an eye on my dinner. When I came back the kitchen was full of smoke and the chop was actually on fire while he blithely sorted out his lunch for tomorrow.
So now I have had 2 litres of water, 200 calories, 2 ruined and binned meals and no energy to sort out another meal. I could cry. All I want now is some KFC and gravy. I think I'd sell my soul for it. I'd certainly sell my fiance for it.
I don't know whether to try to stand firm until tomorrow and start again, or whether to just get the KFC.
