Hi All
I started Exante on Saturday. I have a lot to lose but I'm finding it difficult - quite a lot of the 'meals' I just couldn't stomach (the breakfast eggs made me heave) so I'm trying to stick to three packs whenever I can but I'm allowing myself high protein, low fat and carb meals whenever I get desperate. Tonight I had a chicken breast fried in garlic powder with 2 slices of ham and 50g of spinach. If I don't have actual food I think I'll lose my mind!
