I used to have a hoop when I was little but it's long gone down to the tip! I'm thinking of buying a hoop again but the Wii version is doing the job fine at the moment It really works my waist line so I'm sticking at it as often as possible.

I've been trying to do plenty of walking and have managed at least 35-45 minutes per day during the week and more on non working days. I had a long walk this Monday and did about 8 miles.
I've had some hour long sessions with a personal trainer, we've done varied things but mostly concentrating on building up my stamina and upper body workouts. I've also been following a diet plan that was given to me and have so far lost 8 1/2 lbs and a couple of inches off both waist and hips. I have an assortment of hand weights that my brother gave me and my PT is sorting out some exercises that I can do myself.
I'm still doing the same gym classes on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the Wednesday class is now a Bums and Tums but I've not continued with the Pilates as my back was sore every week when I did that class, and it hasn't been seen I stopped.
I've also tried an abs class and a class with weights exercises, but haven't managed to do that every week because it is on a Monday and so there were no classes on Bank Holiday. Then I had to have the car serviced, and had a long weekend away so I haven't got into the swing of those classes yet.

Hey everyone, you're all doing some great work! I've still been exercising even though I've not been online. I must come on here to record my work though. All week I've done 45 mins on the Wii Fit U, 30 mins of those the Hula Hoop followed by 20-25 mins on my home gym.

Yesterday kettlercise, 60 min kettle bell workout.
Wednesday will be 60 mins Pilates
Plus 30-45 mins walking most dry mornings

Hey all! How's the exercising going?! I've let myself down again by not doing anything consistently for about a week now. I am sick of myself. I am starting another challenge tomorrow and I plan to get online to record my exercise daily again. I have to otherwise I lose track of what I've done and when. Honestly I need a good kick up the bum for my sheer laziness. I will report back tomorrow how much exercise I've done!
