Hello hun. So glad you are with us It's taking me a while to get used to but getting there. Everything is falling off the walls at the moment, yesterday a mirror and today a photo of my nan. Luckily nothing smashed but it's all a bit strange.

Hi and welcome to my boring ramblings you should definitely try the big mac in a bowl, I would highly recommend it xx Son has gone off on his school tour/trip or whatever you want to call it to wexford and won't be back until 5!!! Yay for peace and quiet, will still have daughter here but at least there will be no arguments. Although he will be in trouble when he gets home as he sneaked his phone, little bugger! ! ? Doing a 16:8 today, I think mixing it up a bit is definitely helping. Breakfast :- none Lunch :- crumpets with laughing cow cheese triangles and a tin of ww tomato soup. Tea :- sausage, beans and stuffed mushrooms. Snacks :- 2 chocolate chip snack a jacks with cashew butter, apple, grapes, cheese, and a muller light yogurt Yum food this day is right up my street sounds yummy, 16:8 is great idea, I'm a beggar for snaking in the evening, however my lo doesn't go to bed till 8pm and I have tea after and she gets up at 7am so I usually have a pretty early breakfast/late tea! Xx

How do you find the losses on 16:8? I've never heard of it before. Do you do it every day?

Thanks for popping by ladies You can do the 16:8 every day or you can just do it a few days a week, it's a way of keeping calories down without the extremities of 5:2 fasting. I have done it Monday, Tuesday and today and will probably do it tomorrow. Not sure what I will do over the weekend yet. X

I quite like the sound of this 16:8. Mind you, I know I'd blatantly just cram in my usual day's food into a smaller time period. I'd be eating solidly for 8 hours, lol xx

I sometimes do, I do have to show a bit of restraint lol but I am loving doing this now. Don't really feel like I am on a diet unlike with 5:2. Kids are having a sleep over at their nanny and grandads, only when it suits them though. I would have preferred tomorrow night then me and hubby could have had a date night but because he is working early tomorrow we can't. I shouldn't complain really as I am lucky they have even bothered. Normally when my daughter asks for a sleep over her nanny doesn't answer, waits and hopes I will say no. Or she will put them off and say maybe another day. My parents back home would love to have the kids for a sleep over, they can't understand why their grandparents here don't love to have them. They just don't realise how lucky they are anyway moan over
