Hi everyone i have a way to go just started on day four of Exante as I've had 22 years of various diets and know that quick and rewarding hi's are a must for driving me on. Only I've forgotten what I did to keep my mouth busy besides talking and drinking litres of water Any tips welcome .....

Hi. Good luck with your journey. I'm a reloser. I lost 11st then had 2 babies in 19 months. 6st to go here. I'd like 7 in a perfect world. Long road for me with a veggie sw type approach.

Hi Nursey, how are you doing since January. I am starting Exante today, like you I have 84 lbs to loose. This time last year I had the stomach band in and dropped way below the weight I should be. I was in agony as the band was twisted. Emergency surgery and for the first time ever, a dietician was sent to me to INCREASE my weight. Well that was not a problem. I loaded 84 lbs in one year....grrrrr. I did lipotrim twice for our 2 daughters weddings then back on the weight. I am determined to get back into my clothes. So need help, advice, buddy. D

D Hi Deek and good luck with your weight loss. There are a few people on this forum although it is a little quiet and some of the more active threads are now in the gold section. But if you start a thread of your own people will start to read it. Also I have just started a chat thread in the chitchat section if you like to chat. There are also a few people on here doing Exante. Darcy is doing well on it I think she has lost over 50lbs so far. Like you I have done Exante and I originally lost 5 stone on it, but I have regained most of that now argh! Just about to make another restart but haven't decided what to do yet. I don't think I will do Exante TS but I may do 5:2 using Exante packs on my fast days. Good luck and do join in a few other threads and maybe start a diary as it will be nice to have some new members x

Hello Deek
Welcome aboard, lovely to meet you.
Lilac has given you great advice, just start your own thread, in whatever section suits you. Maybe this one? The forum is quiet, but there are a few ladies around who will, I am sure, pop in and say hello.
Any questions, please ask and we will help you.
Keep posting, I look forward to chatting with you π
