At least you know now I must say I honestly didn't notice a difference with my weight loss from when I changed to 20 a day from 15. However I didn't complain because it meant more choc! In the beginning I only let myself have 20 when I did a lot of body magic.. Now I don't care I'll happily enjoy each and every syn lol. However on days when I feel like "ah sod it all" I tell myself I'm allowed 15 syns, so I don't feel guilty when I have that extra piece of chocolate and it keeps me in line.. It's weird how mind games work for me lol Jayde I joined group 6th May 2014 so I've been doing SW for just over a year now. I got my 7st award the anniversary week of being with SW for a year. x Wow, 7 stone in a year!! That is amazing to say the least doesn't make my 10 stone total seem too impossible now! How many times would you say you went off track in all of that time? Or were you one of these superhuman people who stuck to plan completely for the whole time? Sorry for all the questions, just weighing up my options x

I think that'll probably be really helpful for me to be able to see that just to give myself a rough idea as also unfortunately starting this weighing in at over 20st! Do you have the SW online? I have no time for group atm, and it's the same price to go to group AND have the online, as it is for just the online which seems ridiculous to me xx

yeah you get loads of online perks from your group membership. I go to group in person though. Could it help going to group as a shift worker?

Woah, well done you! Some really big losses in there, some for consecutive weeks Do you exercise much? It's really interesting finding out from somebody who also started their journey at 20st + so thank you!

Most of the time I was feeling really motivated with weeks of good losses, and had half veg with every meal and always ate that first to fill me up. I also have a large glass of water before every meal, that really helps. I also have weeks of feeling blah but sticking to plan but not filling up on speedy foods. On these weeks I normally lose half a pound or so. Or even maintain. I also find that bread can bloat me. and the only exercise I do really is walking the dogs. They're collies though so they need a fair bit! (Absolute minimum of an hour a day) Also.. Bedroom exercises lol. I must say that has got far easier with losing weight and far more frequent! I must admit I also feel more confident there. Maybe a tad TMI but I have no idea how OH was attracted to me when I was at my heaviest. We weren't that intimate back then but I don't know if that was me or him, as I honestly didn't have the energy for it! I even got tired going up the stairs. Something I didn't notice until I noticed it feeling easier.

Aww thank you. And yeah choc shops were amazing! the heavenly scent from there I will always remember.. hmm! And you will get your confidence soon, you look amazing already! Just look at before and current photos and you'll think "Gosh I look amazing now" xx I'm going to be off to bed now as I want to know what happens in my book.. And if I pretend to sleep the dogs won't demand play lol Hope you have a good evening x

Its strange that you had so much more syns then I did /have - as we did start same almost same weight, but hey =) we both doing well. In my group everyone gets 15 syns and menget 20. Does not matter what weight they are or how much they need to lose. Think different consultants just see some things little different =)

My first consultant told me the bog standard 15 as well. But when I once posted about being upset on our groups fb page for really going over my syns (I used incorrect bread as healthy B, they were 6 syns a slice and i had used all my 15 syns as well before I noticed!) I was when I was told that I should have started on 25, and should be on 20 now. She thought that I had known that I should be on more so maybe it just isn't as widely known? Or maybe it was just something that was bought out last year? Jayde OH said I was like an elderly lady before, Always tired, falling over, not being able to walk far. I honestly didn't realise I was that bad at the time. :/ However remembering that I remember one time when Sham was a puppy, I rushed to answer the door and didn't noticed that she had a little piddle on the floor (laminate) and I slipped over. I couldn't walk properly for 4 days after that and OH had to help me get up whenever I needed to go to the loo. :/ I have no idea why that time just came back into my head! I completely forgot about it until now lol. (She has been accident free for 2 years now. ) B: Apples and yoghurt (may also have some grapes.. I still haven't touched them lol! Or they could be lunch.) Scales today are showing a 3.6 loss from yesterday! (although my belt isn't on and that's half a pound so would be more like 3lbs.. I seriously need a new one actually as it's far too big for me!) so I'm wondering if my scales are even correct. It's showing a total loss of 7.2 from WI day so I honestly do not think that they are correct.. still 2 more days until WI as well. (Or 3 if you count today, lol. two more sleeps. Haha.) I've been invited out for pizza with my aunt so I may have a gain next week depending on which day. However if it's pizza hut I'll flexi syn. 2 slices of pizza and a large salad should do me, and that will only be 10 syns over that i'll take out from the day before. (Or stick to 15 the day before and after.)
