Lol smart idea, Denn Rach : It's less than 5% fat mince, 2 onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, fresh toms, 2 whole chilli's (we like ours hot, also added in peri peri spice and chilli powder haha) chopped tinned toms, beef stock pot, dried herbs, paprika, salt and pepper. cook it how you would do a spag bol, then at the end put it in a dish and put a whole tub of primula light on top and bake on max heat for 10 mins. (1/2 a tube is hea, so it's 2 heas or 6 syns per person) serve with wedges. It is lovely and hits the spot. B: apple, grapes, chilli chicken. (It was a grab on the go thing xD) L: Left over nacho feast with riveta mini's (heb) (part hea) D: -- going to reheat the nacho sauce thingie now and have it with some ryvita mini's. Hmm! May also have an asparagus salad that I've made up in the fridge.

You'll deffo love it then Yesterday was a bit naff, I suddenly felt really ill! I was half napping on the sofa and then we went to the shop - Where I nearly fainted.. Bit scary, lol. I just slept it off in the end though. However I didn't eat any dinner.. But I made up for it by going 5 syns over.. haha Calorie wise I'm fine, though. So I won't worry too much about it. Feeling much better today.. I need to catch up with everyones diaries! I was planning on doing it last night haha. B: Apples, activia 0% fat yoghurt, strawberry jelly (0.5 syns)

Body Magic.. (Took a photo because of the lovely weather lol ) Not had any lunch yet.. Planning a filling dinner though. Going to have big daddy burgers, hmm! undecided if we're going to have chips with, but I'll be doing a side salad. Just wish that I had swiss cheese to go with it lol Half of my syns will be used on the dinner.. Funnily enough I'm not in the mood for choc today! Maybe it's because when I had some I threw up last night..? If so I need to eat more naughty things when I'm ill to make me not want it, lol (I'm sure it doesn't really work like that lmao) May have some grapes in a sec.. Or some apples.. Not sure yet.

Hi Sym just read your diary and loved your pics and food. Going to try that nacho thing. I have decided I'm going to rejoin sw and stop messing. You look amazing and my start weight will be like yours. Has really encouraged me so thanks x

You can do it! Just remember to always focus on your overall loss and don't worry if you ever gain. That is one of the things that has really kept me going. Will you be making a diary here? I would love to follow it if you do! x

Thanks Yes I do need to learn to stick at it when it gets tough! I an going to be making a diary I just wanted to make it count if that makes sense and not start one whilst my head was not in it. But I've spent some time on here getting re motivated and I'm going to go for it so I will be doing it shortly. X

What and amazing change MC, amazing =) So proud of you. As we started almost same weight and lost almost same amount , we both can finish it also =) Ill get my act together and you keep doing what you are doing, as surely you doing it well =) Smiles

You'll have to let me know when you have made one. I would love to pop along I think feeling motivated is a big part of it.. I've tried to diet so many times before but never stuck to anything. However I saw how much success a friend had on SW and thought I would try it.. Standing on the scales and seeing 25St12lbs was a huge shocker and kicked me into thinking I need to do something about it! First week I lost 9lbs then went back to my old habits. I ate pizza and everything and then gained 3.5. It was realising how much damage my old habits do that really got me the motivation. I've had a few gains along the way but nothing too bad. I still remember my first unexpected gain and it really upset me at the time.. I had to leave to go to the loos I was that upset. Luckily I had a friend with me that cheered me up. It was my first proper TOTM kicking me back in action lol! (I had like 2 a year before losing. Was literally only because of my weight) Since then I get the odd gain if it's right before/at the beginning of TOTM because that's when I retain water the worst. (I weighed daily at one point and the day before I came on I once had a 5lb gain over night, lol) Hiya Moo! It's lovely to see you here. You're right, we can both do it. I can't wait to be in the 17's! (and then 16's lol) Do you still feel like you weigh more than you do? because I do, lol!

No MC I dont. I dont think I ever realized that I was over 25 stones. I always felt beautiful and confident in myself. Tho I could not get nice cloths as in home they dont sell any clothing over size xxl - think thats about 22-24. Other then that i was fine. Speaking of body image - I did not think I could jump. Lol. But last week lady in class said that she is using jumping rope and I wanted to try too. I was amazed that I could do that. And face of my hubby ...
