A place for everyone to share our motivation no matter which challenges or diet plans we're following. Please share what is keeping you focused and on track or what has worked for you before. Your words will inspire others and could help you stay focused too.
We all have times when we are strong and flying along. The weight starts to fall off and we begin to feel better in so many ways.
We also have the times when it seems hopeless, the times we tell ourselves today is going to be the day and for whatever reason it just doesn’t happen for us. This is when we need to read and re-read your inspirational ideas.
So please post your tips and thoughts to help each other out and hopefully we'll see the lbs and stones dropping nicely in the challenges section.
Just a nice little thread to run along side our challenge ones xxx

I know I'll want to read about all your ideas and thoughts. I may be doing well at the moment but for the days when I get stuck I'm going to think about yesterday. I went clothes shopping. The negative bit - I love fashion but it's a nightmare when you're 5ft 1 and 3.5 -4 stone overweight. It's upsetting and my confidence ends up being blown thanks to bad cuts, awful mirrors , bad lighting and the pure fact that I've got that big. By the way I was a Personal Shopper a long time ago so not only dressed others but a big clothes shopaholic. The positive bit - It was fantastic! 16lbs gone and I had a choice in clothes!!! I hadn't expected to feel this difference in clothes yet but I do. I can't wait to see how I feel the next stone down. I bought two gorgeous skirts which I love and should work as I continue to drop weight as they'll just sit lower on my hips which I like. It's not just about how I look in my clothes but about how I feel in them at work, with my children and in my social / personal life. It's more about being able to throw clothes on knowing I look grand and getting on with my day. Not standing at my wardrobe battling in my head about what an earth I can put on that won't make me look like a hefalump and have me uncomfortable all day. I'm a grown woman and a Mum of two kids. I don't have time to tantrum about myself anymore so the battles have gone on in my head for years. Not any more This is just the start. So what's going to keep me motivated for this next stone is having a choice in the clothes I can buy and feeling wonderful wearing them.
