Good morning Meme  That's brilliant to hear you are on day 7! Are you going to have your first weigh in tomorrow? I hope you get a fantastic result. How have you found the first week? The first few days can be a little tough but once you get into ketosis you should feel a lot better so well done for pushing through and making it to day 7  I will have a look at the member's area now and try and find your diary Thank's for sharing that! x |
