One stone gone and gone for good. Feels fantastic. Ps cauliflower is my friend lol Pps have lost interest in bread Ppps have loads of junk in the house thanks to hubby and kids. Not at all Interested. |

Still going. Still love it. 15 lbs gone. Scales move ever so slightly down every day which is a huge boost. I do see this as a lifestyle choice and not a diet tho. So I'm not really thinking about it too much other than to say no thank you when offered sugar. I always look for the alternative. |

All good. Don't think like I'm on a diet as such just that I've made a choice to not eat sugar. It's great. Highly recommend. Feel so much better in my own skin. |

That's how I feel! And how I felt when I lost all my weight and then maintained for years. Cauliflower is my friend too and was back then! You stop 'being on a diet' and realise that you're consciously eating less, and better, and avoiding sugar and refined carbs. It's so calming and the number on the scale continues to fall xx

That's so good to hear! I no longer have to have what others are having or eat it just because it's there. I'm thinking why an earth didn't I do this years ago. I was hooked on junk. I controlled what I had but I still included it most days and struggled to keep calorie intake down. It'll be interesting next weekend when I'm away what I'll do. I can't imagine I'll want to eat food that makes me tired and bloated. I'm hoping to go for the health foods i love. I may take some Naked bars with me just in case lol. It's four days in Tenerife with a girlie friend half board. I'll focus on the good company and enjoy wearing nice clothes lol |
