Another quick week gone by but only 0.5lb gone for me.
Really disappointed. I've got into a good routine now with a shake for breakfast and lunch, then a healthy dinner (protein/veg within allowance) and then a shake in the late evening.
The only difference is that I missed my last shake a few times as I just did not feel hungry. Will this slow my losses?
I also take a multi vitamin as I only have 2/3 packs per day.
Anyone else had a week with very little loss?

Hi smudge Oh dear you do need to ensure that you are consuming all of your packs as by missing one out here and there your losses will stall as your body is not getting enough nutrients and will therefore hold onto your fat stores. Let`s see you being 100% this week, spacing out your packs every 3-4 hours and getting those good losses that you re working so hard for! Here`s to a good week smudge! You can do this x
