Room for one more? I decided today I really must get back on the plan, went looking for Minimins to join a challenge or two, was horrified to find it closed and mightily relieved to find this place and some familiar names, including Kay003! So I'm 'back' and would love to take part in this challenge. Timed it just right too My weigh-in day is Monday and I'm aiming for a modest 14lbs by the end of the year as I've been slack all summer and need to get back into the swing of things.

4lbs on! Not a good start! But that was the result of the last two weeks being bad. I'm raring to go now and had a good day today. Still going to try and hit my Christmas target! X

Hi Kay Long time no speak. Hope all is well. Hows your secret sister? Sending my love to you both. Well after lots of pussy footing around and piling on loads of weight i took the plunge a few weeks ago and rejoined sw. I had a docs referral so gave me a 12 week countdown. Im doing ok so far actually got my head in the zone for once. So can i please join the challenge? I am going for another 19lb by christmas please. I weigh in Monday nights. It really is pushing it as my losses are not usually huge but im really up for a challenge this time. Im going to smash it! Wish me luck!

Hi Kay. I'm having a diet shake up this week involving a refeed so am expecting a gain come Monday so can I have a holiday week please? Don't want to start the challenge with a gain so will take this Monday as my starting weight. Thank you x
