I've not felt too good Friday and Saturday, felt really weak and lost my appetite so Friday afternoon mum picked my boy up from school for me and took my 1yr old with her so I went to bed for a couple of hours ( I never do that) then hubby brought takeaway in because I didn't have energy to cook, I wasn't hungry so just had a little portion of chips ( still bad!) And he brought me some guinness so I ended up having a few cans of that on Saturday night ( mega bad) then yesterday I felt better and starving so I made Sunday dinner but with all the trimmings and I made choc brownie for pudding!!
Back on it today I've done a 50 min spinning work out and had fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Hope I get away with it on Thursday lol.x

Yeah I'm the same - pretty disappointing start with 4 days done and only 1000 calories saved in the Weightloss kitty :-(
So far so good today, perfect in fact but I've got to go out and get something sweet. Cravings are just beyond. TOTM due - think it's that

Spinning workout will have burned off loads of calories so I think you will do fine on Thursday. x

TOTM due - think it's that It's hard to fight the cravings, could you not get a treat size choc bar and have some fruit first for extra sweetness it should ease your craving and the bit of choc shouldn't be too many cals.x
