So I would like to lose 1 stone by Christmas, possibly more.
Thread title explains it all, I weigh in on Friday so I will be updating my weight on Fridays, and I am doing calorie counting, who's on board and whats your plan to achieve it? what's your starting weight and target weight?
I'll start this Friday I was 13st6lbs and my target is 12st6lbs.
Week 1
Wafflewaffle - 13st6lbs (0lbs lost 14lbs to go)
Binkybonk - 10st10lbs (0lbs lost 14lbs to go)
Carrieclaus - 9st3.3/4lbs (0lbs lost 7.3/4lbs to go)

I would love to get to goal by christmas  I am going to aim for a 1lb a week for 14 weeks, i am 10st 10lbs today which would take me to 9st 10lbs I will be doing SW/CC to get to goal and swimming and walking as my exercise, I will weigh on Friday morning too x |

I'm gonna aim for 7.3/4lbs as that'll take me to 8.10 but may go for an extra few buffer pounds if I can shift that first. Xxx

Your link obviously worked! I don't know my weight today but I will WI tomorrow and report back then. I want to get back to my target weight of 9st 12lb.
