Hi all! I hate frylite and so bought Tesco own sunflower oil spray at 2 cal per spray. I've read somewhere that this is to be syned. The bottle says each spray contains 0.18ml of oil and it's 2sys per 5ml teaspoon of oil. So I get around 27 sprays per 5ml... I've also tested this using a 5ml medicine spoon and works out right.
So 2syns dived by 27 sprays
= 0.074 syns per spray
Could I use 7 sprays and syn at 1/2 syn...or 14 sprays as 1 syn? Or 1 spray and just don't bother to count as it's not worth it!
Also the fact that the meal will be shared with hubby and dd could I in theory half what I use to syn as I'm not eating it all myself?
maths isn't a strong point of mine so I'm open to being corrected!
Planning on sw chips for tea and want to make sure I don't blow my entire day!
