Hope this is okay to post here/the right place.
I've been doing Cambridge Weight Plan for two weeks now, and managed to lose 13lbs so far... from tomorrow I'm able to have bars and 'spaghetti bolognaise' food packs... I was wondering if anyone else on Cambridge (or Lighter Life, Exante, Slim & Save, Lipotrim etc) has tried the zero noodles?
I imagine they are acceptable on plan (have seen instagram users incorporate them in to VLCD and stay in ketsois... just wondering if anyone else on here has tried them/what they'r like/where best to get them from and which spices to use with them.

I've no idea what zero noodles are, but not seen them mentioned on the lower stages of Cambridge. What step are you on? I think the list of allowable foods is quite restrictive until step 3 x

Good morning Ela Zero Noodles are fine to have on the Slim & Save plan as they hardly contain any calories or carbs. They are made from konjac which is a root vegetable. On Slim & Save you can also have the Slim range which include noodles/pasta/rice/spaghetti, the Bare Naked range and Eat Water range too. The type of soluble fibre in Slim Noodles is called Glucomannan, which is exceptionally filling and absorbs huge quantities of water causing them to swell in your stomach making you feel full. They are slow to digest and full of fibre which is great for your digestive system. We advise starting off with half a packet as they can be very filling. A lot of our member's add them to the meal packs to help bulk them out such as adding the slim spaghetti to the spaghetti bolognaise. They do have a bit of a fishy smell to them, so do rinse them! I hope you enjoy them Ela x

Good morning Meme I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy these. They are a bit like marmite, in that you will either love them or hate them Have you tried the Bare Naked Noodles as I have heard they taste more bearable so you could give them a shot if you wanted to I hope you have a great week on plan! x

Hi emm80 If you do get around to trying them, please let us know what you think On Slim & Save, you could also add some herbs and spices to create more of a flavour with them or just use them in packs to bulk them up a little x
