As it is the middle of the week many people will be looking forward to the weekend. If you are on plan you can still enjoy the weekend and focus on staying 100% on plan. There are plenty of great recipes so that you do not feel you are missing out such as a porridge pack pizza or making southern style fried chicken using a pack. Even though alcohol is not permitted when on the plan you could always substitute this for the white wine water flavouring in a wine glass to give you the illusion that you are having a drink with some sparkling water or with plain water or you could use Ribena Plus as well.
There are plenty of ways to still enjoy the weekend and focus on staying on plan. Another good tip is be organised and have a game plan in mind of what you would like to do during the weekend so for instance you could if the weather is nice go to the park and feed the ducks and swans or see what is on in your local area as at this time of year there is always plenty to do for families that do not cost very much during the summer holidays x
