Good Morning everybody Monday is predominately a day when most people start their diet and also when they do their first and subsequent weigh ins. When embarking on the plan remember to not only weigh yourself but to take your measurements as well and also a great idea is to take some before photos from the front and side which will be a great gauge to show you just how far you have come as you are getting towards your goal. www.sns.co.uk/measurements.phpAlso another great idea is to maybe look at organising your packs for the week ahead and if you are on lifestyle to look up some recipes so that you are all prepared for the week ahead diet wise. As most know life has a funny way of sneaking up on you and can unfortunately upturn even the most well thought out plans but if you have taken the time to organize yourself if such things do sadly crop up then you at least have the peace of mind that you will be prepared. This can be small things like having your bars out ready or in your bag for the week ahead, filling up bottles of water to drink, putting your packs out on the work tops or making up some Hartley's sugarfree jelly. Once you get into the habit of organising yourself and you are used to doing this daily this should become second nature and you should find that this makes your life a lot easier x
