During your weight loss journey you may find that some weeks you have smaller losses than others. Try not to get disheartened if this happens as remember a loss is still a loss regardless of how small and a loss means you are one step closer to your goal than you were the last time you weighed yourself.
Also at this time remember to check your measurements as these are equally as important as the numbers on the scales and the scales maybe telling a different story to your tape measure. Another great tip to stay motivated is to try on any thinspiration outfit you have in mind such as a dress, a pair of jeans, a skirt or a pair of trousers, seeing these fit you better and being able to zip/button up easier is a great visual way to remember how far you have come x
