Good morning everybody
It is now 17 weeks to Christmas, where has the year gone? What goals have you set yourself? Where would you like to be by Christmas? This is the ideal time for you to write down any goals you have for this time as a lot of people attendto parties and also have work functions that they attend during this time, which is a great reason to get glammed up and put on that little black dress if you are a lady or slide into that tuxedo if you are a man.
This is also a great time to look at your eating habits. As the winter and dark nights draw in a lot of people do tend to sway towards more comforting, wholesome and warm foods. You can still have these on plan so for instance you can still have soup, a curry or chicken casserole just make sure you are fitting this in with the meal planner so that you are not going over your daily allowance of calories and carbs.
Also during the dark nights a lot of people tend to stay at home and don't get out as much, but if you want to do some light to moderate activity you can still do this around your home. If you have a wii get this out and get playing on the different games such as bowling or skiing also you could get out twister which is also something the whole family can join in with. This is the ideal opportunity for forward thinking with the dark nights around the corner and you never know by Christmas you could be either hitting your goal weight or be well on your way to where you want to be x
