This will be the diary of my weight loss journey on slim and save. I already did lose quite a few pounds in 2011 under the cambridge diet. but unfortunately everything and more came back. But this time will be the last and good time ! my son is now three and it is time for me to move forward. I know the diet won't be enough so again I took out some favorite self help books which are going to go with me on this journey. and I hope this forum will bring support such as the one I got on minimins in 2011

Why don't you also try writing a list of all the reason's you want to lose the weight and keep this list somewhere safe or pin it on your fridge and any time you might feel you're struggling, take a read of that list You could also try starting a new hobby or joining a club. It will help to keep you distracted and focused on something else. You could join a yoga class or a book club or even just go for a walk every night, you could even take your little one with you. Best of luck with your new start - you know who it works and you will be flying along in a few weeks having chipped away at any regain - alot of us are restarts so your not alone....

A lot of our members find the Beck Diet Solution very helpful whilst on plan illa and they also have daily quotes on their Facebook page.
