Hello
I've decided to start SS again after 6 years since I fell off the wagon. First time round I lost 4.5 stones and got down to 12.5 stones size 14/16. Since then lots of ups and downs in life and I put all the weight and more back on.
Today is day 6 and I'm still feeling headachy and a bit queasy but am looking forward to my first weigh in on Tuesday.
I really hope the previous MM members can find their way here as last time the support from everyone really helped me to stay on track.

Good luck Julie. I am doing Exante, it took me nearly 2 weeks to get used to it but I am ok on it now. Hope you get a great loss on Tuesday x

Thanks. I must admit I'm so tired and feel queasy am hoping week 2 will be better.
How does Exante compare? Are they similar products?

Hi and welcome Julie.
Why dont you create a diary in the diary section as it is very supportive over there - I am on day 6 today. How did weigh in go for you today?
You did brilliantly before so you know you have the willpower to do it again. I am of a similar height and long to be 12st 6lbs.
Hope your feeling better but congrats your already on week 2

10.5 lbs off! Yippee! So pleased I'm going to stick to it for another week.

Hey Julie - I'm on restart no.3916, but one of these times I'll get going!!! I'm similar size, weight, age to yourself, I go back to work on Monday after a long summer off so I'm hoping that'll help me stick to it. Too many lunches, dinners with the kids..........Good luck with week 2, brilliant loss on week 1! xx

Hi Julie  i remember you from the CD minis. Sunshine Singer. I'm not doing CD just lower calorie and lots of exercise. We had such a lovely lot back then. Hope all is good with you x
